Save costs and cleverly adjust personnel deployment: Dealer self-checks with the digital audit solution by EXCON
The planning and implementation of dealer audits in the mobile asset industry has become even more demanding in recent weeks. The restrictions that have been in place since the outbreak of the coronavirus have created an additional distance between OEM and point of sale. With the EXCON self-audit solution, this gap is reduced without additional personnel expenditure and closed in the long run beyond the effects of the pandemic. The EXCON Self-Check-App maps extensive test contents and criteria which can be individually configured by the client. Based on this questionnaire, it guides the car dealers through a simple self-check which is self-explanatory thanks to the user-friendly user interface and integrated step-by-step instructions. The OEM can therefore temporarily reduce the need to send auditors or plan this personnel deployment more flexibly. This applies to different points of sale, such as dealers or workshops, and to practically all conceivable contract contents.
This brings us to EXCON's figure of the month: We have already recorded millions of paid-out sales incentives for our clients via the digital audit solution - internationally, of course. The data originate from several thousand operating sites and include high numbers of premium variants and wholesale agreements.
These figures are scalable according to client requirements. "The dealer app and the corresponding software platform for data processing and preparation do not break a sweat in the process", says Markus Heiß, Head of IT at EXCON.
Many features of the app benefit from the wealth of experience EXCON has gathered over many years with our own auditors on behalf of our clients. These include the possibility to perform the self-checks with several users as well as the ability to synchronize data at a later point in time in case of a lacking or insufficient internet connection.
